About me

I am 30 years old and live in Karlsruhe, Germany. In December 2005, I graduated in Computer Science. During my studies, I went to Canada for a student exchange at Carleton University in Ottawa. Currently, I pursue my PhD degree at the Institute for Theoretical Computer Science at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.

Originally I am from Oberkirch, a small town close to the Black Forest.

From 1993 to 1999, I participated in the German National Computer Science Competition six times. My greatest success was to win a first prize in 1999.

A great passion of mine is attending rock concerts. I sing in the choir of the Catholic Student Parish Karlsruhe. My hobbies also include sports like soccer, swimming and inline skating / ice skating.
