LogikLöser

"LogikLöser" (engl. logic solver) helps you solving puzzles called "LogikTrainer" that you find in every issue of the German magazine P.M.-Magazin, even more of them in the "P.M.-LogikTrainer" issues.

Of course, you can object that the puzzles are meant to train your brain, and not to be solved by a computer program. But sometimes you just cannot solve the puzzle. In this case, you can try it with the applet and find the mistake. And when you want to prepare such a puzzle yourself, you can check it easily and fast for consistency and completeness.

If you are still not convinced of this applet's usefulness... you do not have to use it ;-) Also, you can switch off the automatic support completely, so you can try yourself and switch on the support only when you are stuck. Or just use the applet as a virtual notebook, avoiding to waste paper.

The applet comes in two sizes:
500x500 Pixels
750x650 Pixels (for the very large puzzles)

You can also download this program as a Java application and use it offline. This version also features saving and loading puzzles.
